Janet Bosson has over 37 years of experience in dance and fitness coaching, helping people of all ages and abilities build confidence, stay active and enjoy movement.
Based in Bootle (LA19) Janet runs friendly, supportive classes serving West Cumbria, including Millom, Ravenglass and surrounding areas.

Janet's teaching style is relaxed, welcoming and tailored to each individual. whether you are a complete beginner or returning after time away, you will be guided at your own pace in a comfortable and encouraging enviroment.
The focus is on enjoyment as well as progress, helping you feel at ease while developing skills, coordination and confidence.

Janet's passion for dance and movement began when she first put on tap shoes age two and has been at the heart of her work for decades, helping others discover the enjoyment, confidence and wellbeing that comes from staying active.
