Well-being Walks

Walking is a crucial activity for humans and serves as an outstanding form of exercise. It provides a straight forward and easily option for individuals looking to improve their physical fitness and mental health, all without any cost. Engaging in walking can elevate your heart rate, especially when performed at a brisk pace, making it a moderate-intensity workout that benefits both the body and mind. 'Well Being' Walks adds a social aspect to walking and are always on the level so everyone can join in.
