Well-being

Well-being is an extensive concept that includes a person's overall physical, mental, emotional, and social health, as well as their feelings about life. It encompasses aspects such as happiness, life satisfaction, a sense of meaning and purpose, and stress management. In essence, well-being is about feeling good, functioning effectively both individually and socially, and having a positive evaluation of one's life.
