In essence, well-being is about feeling good, functioning effectively both individually and socially, and having a positive evaluation of one's life.

We meet at the carpark opposite the church and walk an anti- clockwise circle of the village.
Approximately 55 minutes depending on the level of chat.
toilets at start and end, benches on route, some road and gravel walking.
