But a journey, friend to friend.
Every step, a gentle choice,
Every breath, a brighter voice.
Plates of balance, colours shine,
Body moving, feeling fine.
Numbers fade, yet strength will stay,
In happy habits, day by day.
No harsh rules, no heavy plea,
Just learning how to care for me.
Slimming’s more than loss alone,
It’s joy, it’s light, it’s growth I own.
