The best leaders don’t rely on strength or repetition.

They prepare the movement, create a clear intention, and give their partner just enough information to respond naturally.

A great follower isn’t trying to guess what’s coming next.

They’re simply responding to the information they’re receiving.

When the lead is clear, the follow doesn’t have to second-guess.

The dance becomes lighter, smoother, and far more enjoyable for both people.

Remember, if your partner doesn’t respond, it doesn’t automatically mean they weren’t paying attention.

“Was my lead as clear as I thought it was?”
