Welcome to Middlesbrough’s best B&B,

Five-star rating, at least from me!

The check-in’s hugs, the checkout’s slow,

(‘Cause honestly, I hate to go).

Breakfast buffet? A dream come true,

Snacks appear like magic too.

House rules are simple: laugh, relax,

No hidden fees or tourist tax.

The bed is cozy, the Wi-Fi’s fast,

The kindness lingers, the joy will last.

TripAdvisor just can not compete,

This place makes every stay a treat!

So if you ask where I’d rather be,

It’s booked for life, your B&B.
