Walk on the spot for 3 minutes gradually increasing your speed then try the exercise below.
To warm down speed walk on the spot gradually decreasing your speed.

Can you hold a plank position each day this month,
Even if you can only old it for 30 second
It will help to engage you core and build your stamina great for dance, Yoga and walking.
